DENIM600 DOORSTEP EXCHANGE
EXCHANGE POLICY
Denim600 offers our Doorstep Exchange Service, designed to make the exchange process simple and convenient for our customers.
1. Exchange Period
Denim600 offers a 7-day exchange policy from the date you receive your order.
All exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days through our official WhatsApp Exchange Team:

Exchange requests sent through Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform will not be processed.
2. Eligibility for Exchanges
Exchange requests are accepted for eligible issues such as size changes, wrong size selected, wrong product or size dispatched, or other approved exchange reasons.
To be eligible, the product must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Unwashed
- In its original condition
- With all original tags attached
Sale, Clearance Sale, and Minor-Fault items are not eligible for exchange.
If your requested size or article is out of stock, you may wait for it to become available or choose another available article, subject to availability and approval.
3. Exchange Process
To request a Denim600 Doorstep Exchange, contact our official WhatsApp Exchange Team and provide your order number and reason for exchange.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, your exchange will be activated.
Our PostEx rider will deliver the replacement parcel to your doorstep and collect the original parcel during the same visit.
You do not need to visit a courier office or send the exchange parcel to our warehouse yourself.
A fixed Rs. 500 PostEx exchange service charge applies to every exchange, including customer-requested size/article changes and exchanges resulting from dispatch-related issues.
Exchange requests are generally completed within 5–10 working days, depending on product availability and courier operations.
4. Return Policy
Denim600 follows an exchange-only policy.
We do not offer cash, bank, or card refunds for exchange requests.
If your requested size or article is unavailable, our Exchange Team will contact you and guide you regarding the available options.
5. Shipping Address for Exchange
With our Denim600 Doorstep Exchange service, customers do not need to send exchange parcels to our warehouse themselves.
Once your exchange is approved, the PostEx rider will deliver your replacement and collect the original parcel from your doorstep during the same visit.
Please do not send any exchange parcel directly to our warehouse unless specifically instructed by the Denim600 Exchange Team.
